## Included original material

The original guide, quick checklist, review and correction templates, retention and monitoring templates, original workbook forms and instructions, all 20 fictional practice packets and their answer explanations, original worked-example commentary, original summaries in the observed illustrations, original NIST mapping explanations, source-register annotations, data definitions and original written validation documentation are included to the extent the licensor holds the applicable rights.

The scope follows the material across HTML, PDF, JSON, CSV and XLSX. In particular, it includes the original instructional material in ArizonaAI_Verification_Workbook.xlsx even though that workbook retains its dated source-review assessments and has not been rewritten for license activation. This operative notice supersedes earlier proposed-license or owner-approval-pending wording about this toolkit in the released materials. Earlier research and test observations remain dated evidence, not new findings.

## Excluded material and separate software terms

Third-party source works, quotations, screenshots, images, trademarks, NIST names/seals/logos, font programs, software dependencies and reader-entered drafts or review records are not licensed by this notice. Source facts, identifiers, URLs and public-domain elements are not made ArizonaAI property by their inclusion. Preserve the applicable source attribution and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. No patent or trademark grant is made.

Original application code, styles, HTML scaffolding, build scripts and tests use the separate MIT terms in LICENSE-CODE. Instructional prose and datasets embedded in those files retain the content scope here. This is not a license for the rest of ArizonaAI.com or its private repository.

## Attribution and conditions

Attribute Cenk Brown and publisher ArizonaAI.com, link to the source and CC BY 4.0, retain required notices, and indicate actual modifications. Do not imply endorsement. The unmodified CC BY 4.0 legal code controls, including the prohibition on additional restrictions, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability. The license permits commercial reuse and is irrevocable for recipients complying with its terms.

Sending a submission to NIST is a separate action and has not been authorized by the license approval.
