The original instructional PDFs, workbook and their embedded-font evidence below remain unchanged from 1.0.0. ## Arizona AI web assets added in the 1.1.0 repair The logo, favicon and touch icon are exact copies of existing ArizonaAI.com repository assets, with no new artwork or alteration. Social metadata uses the existing Arizona AI social card. Retained 1.0.0 baseline inventory The original review covered the 1.0.0 standalone `site/` tree, its downloadable PDF and XLSX files, and the validation evidence included in the complete owner release. The table below preserves that dated inventory. The additional 1.1.0 web fonts and brand assets are identified above. It excluded version-control metadata and external runtime installations from the deliverable inventory. Font evidence and redistribution instructions `pdffonts` was run on all five PDFs listed below and returned exit code 0 for each. The inspection distinguished embedded subsets from nonembedded font declarations. pypdf and fontTools then read the actual embedded TrueType streams and their name records; that inspection completed with exit code 0. The output names and versions agree with the font inventory in section 1. The three instructional PDFs retain the full DejaVu name-table license record. The browser and workbook print subsets retain copyright and version records but do not retain the full name-table license text. This accompanying file preserves their notices in a readable form. Retain it with the complete bundle, and provide a copy or directly accessible link with publicly distributed PDF downloads. Do not state that ArizonaAI's proposed CC BY or MIT terms replace these font terms. The PDF creation script selects the DejaVu font files from the installed LibreOffice runtime because that directory supplies all three requested faces. The system font files were also inspected for the browser-print font families. The current workbook-print PDF itself identifies Liberation Sans 2.1.5; a font name requested by the spreadsheet is not sufficient evidence of the font actually embedded. ### Exact inspected outputs These hashes identify the bytes checked for this record. The DejaVu project also publishes its [font license notice](https://dejavu-fonts.github.io/License.html); that page was opened during this review. Installed Debian copyright records for the font files were also inspected at `/usr/share/doc/fonts-dejavu-core/copyright` and `/usr/share/doc/fonts-dejavu-mono/copyright`. A separately identified license for Debian packaging does not change the license of the font programs. Liberation's actual version 2.1.5 font metadata states SIL Open Font License 1.1 and supplies the Google and Red Hat copyright notices reproduced below. The installed LibreOffice `LICENSE` contains a `Liberation` section that identifies OFL 1.1 and the full `SIL Open Font License Version 1.1` text. Section 6 reproduces that full installed text; it does not assign an older Liberation release's license to these 2.1.5 fonts. The full installed file inspected is `/opt/codex/runtimes/codex-primary-runtime/dependencies/native/libreoffice-headless/libreoffice/LICENSE`, SHA-256 `642896bb60b61b728de3cd962f415c2a2729870209933605336256d2f63ab495`. The copied OFL text block has SHA-256 `589fff5f69db8fd5272bd90f5b8446f547d9c63c65fa5d25b4ea6adc7541b28e` using its UTF-8 text without trailing line breaks. No font file was modified or regenerated by this notice review. Normal PDF subsetting performed by the document generators is visible in the output inventory. Status after this review The bundled-asset inventory, embedded-font checks, and accompanying font notices are completed for the outputs identified above. Owner approval of original-content CC BY 4.0 and original-code MIT remains pending; those proposals are not active licenses. Public deployment still needs to carry the applicable notices with the distributed files and preserve the documented scope. No font-license approval from the user is substituted for the actual third-party terms. Any source excerpt or other third-party expression remains outside ArizonaAI's proposed original-material grant. The owner must confirm authority over the original rights it proposes to license; the completed inventory does not imply a grant of every right associated with every source. ## 8. These read-only checks provide no evidence of message delivery, an inbox's monitoring arrangements, or a promised response time. ## 9. Final browser-print refresh Refreshed at **2026-10-07T01:07:19-07:00 (America/Phoenix)** after the final standalone behavior run. The current browser-print PDF is **118,570 bytes** and has SHA-256 `427e4338b9d4fa1d11722e86d25d1a56c3bed34bf1701ad876181bb77c9b12a4`. It replaces the earlier browser-print output; the earlier hash in section 8 remains historical. The actual new PDF was inspected with `pdffonts`, pypdf, and fontTools. Its six embedded TrueType subset streams identify DejaVu Sans regular and bold and DejaVu Sans Mono bold, all version 2.37. They retain the Bitstream/Arev copyright information as applicable but omit the full name-table license record. The existing complete DejaVu notices in sections 4 and 5 continue to accompany these font subsets. The inspection returned exit code 0. All five PDFs were rechecked with `pdffonts`, each returning exit code 0. The guide, quick checklist, mapping, and workbook-print PDF still match their four earlier SHA-256 values in section 3. No PDF, font program, or application file was changed by this document refresh. The referenced final logs record 50 engine tests passed and 10 browser tests passed. Exactly one paragraph per file changed. Page counts, bookmarks, all other text, the 47 unaffected pages and pixels outside the three notice areas were compared against the preserved originals. The notice paragraphs use nonembedded Helvetica; no additional font program is distributed.
