Important guidelines to be considered for inclusion on ArizonaAI
ArizonaAI reviews all manual submissions before inclusion. Reviews may be conducted by humans, automatically, or both. Submitting an organization does not guarantee that it will be listed. Being listed is not an endorsement by ArizonaAI, its staff, partners, or any other entity listed on the site.
To qualify, an organization must:
- Have a verifiable connection to Arizona through its headquarters, employees, facilities, founders, or substantial business operations.
- Represent a genuine and currently active organization, product, or initiative.
- Provide a functioning website with substantive information about its work and a reliable way to contact the organization.
- Identify the company, founder, leadership team, or another accountable operator.
- Make claims that are factual, supportable, and not misleading.
- Submit a neutral, non-promotional description suitable for an informational directory.
- Be free of malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or other security and trust concerns.
New Organizations
Organizations founded less than one year ago are welcome, but companies with a limited operating history may be asked to provide additional evidence that they are genuine and active.
This may include:
- A working product or public demonstration
- Customers or documented pilot programs
- Employees or active Arizona job listings
- Business registration
- Identifiable funding or investors
- Verifiable partnerships
- Credible independent media coverage
- An active open-source project
- Other evidence of current operations
Reasons a Submission May Be Declined
ArizonaAI may decline submissions that appear to be:
- Inactive or abandoned
- Anonymous or lacking an accountable operator
- Deceptive or misleading
- Primarily promotional
- Built around unsupported or dangerous claims
- Lacking substantive evidence of real operations
- An affiliate-content, spam, or search-engine manipulation project
- A security or privacy risk
- Composed primarily of low-effort or automatically generated content that lacks meaningful human review or substantive original information
- Unrelated to Arizona
- Unrelated to artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, or adjacent technologies
- Otherwise inconsistent with the quality and safety standards of the directory
Organization Descriptions
Descriptions must be factual, neutral, and written for an informational directory.
Descriptions should not include unsupported promotional language or superlatives such as:
- “The first”
- “The best”
- “Revolutionary”
- “Industry-leading”
- “Groundbreaking”
- “Unlike anything else”
These claims may be included only when they can be independently verified.
ArizonaAI may edit submitted descriptions for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Editorial Discretion
ArizonaAI retains full editorial discretion over all listings.
We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove a listing at any time if it no longer meets our standards or if new concerns arise regarding its accuracy, legitimacy, safety, or relevance.
