Proposed data center in West of the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Olive Avenue, near Luke Air Force Base (approximate). Being developed by Takanock.
This is a proposed or under-construction project. It is not operating capacity, and announced projects do sometimes change scope or fail to proceed.
Per-facility headcount is not published here: no reliable public figures exist for these sites, and construction announcements are not permanent employment. Takanock is developing this site rather than operating it, so any long-term operator has not been established here.
