Challenges lead to opportunities. Water shortages on the Colorado River are forcing Arizona innovators to think of out of the box for solutions for Arizona and across the basin. Innovative solutions at all scales are being developed, many with help from state, federal, corporate or venture funding, focused around water-energy challenges in the Colorado River basin. We think emerging solutions can provide game changing approaches that scale nationally and globally. This event brings together water technology stakeholders from academia, start-up companies, industrial companies, and venture capitalists. The goal of this Water Technology Showcase is to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs, industry representatives, researchers, and investors to network, form partnerships, and address relevant water challenges in the Southwest and beyond. Panel discussions, reverse pitch sessions, and a networking reception are organized to foster connections by giving industry and municipality representatives the opportunity to present their technology needs to entrepreneurs, small business leaders, and leaders in the water technology space.
