A five-hour, in-person workshop for business owners who want to use Claude to build and manage an AI-supported operations team. Participants will work step by step with Kalyca Zarich to create four AI employees focused on marketing, revenue, sales, and business dashboards, then connect them to existing tools and data. The session also includes guidance on Claude skills, current platform updates, and video editing with Claude Code and Opus. Attendees should bring a laptop with the Claude app installed; membership is complimentary, while nonmembers can attend for $399, with 16 places available.
