Controller, Business Control

This position serves as a finance partner to the New Products leadership team and provides insight into revenue, margins, operating expenses, capital spending, and strategic investments. The controller owns planning, forecasting, month-end close support, performance reporting, and variance analysis for the assigned business unit. The role also oversees financial controls, including research and development capitalization, while helping maintain policy compliance in a global operating environment. It works closely with other finance professionals to manage Anaplan forecasting, expand Capex expertise, and improve systems and workflows. This opportunity suits an experienced FP&A or business control professional who is analytical, communicative, comfortable influencing stakeholders, and interested in technology-enabled finance transformation.
