Manager I, Manufacturing Operations

This position leads a technical team supporting day-to-day semiconductor manufacturing activities and shift operations. The manager will set staffing and development plans, oversee training and qualifications, monitor production metrics, and address issues affecting safety, quality, output, cycle time, and equipment use. The role works closely with engineering, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and other partners to strengthen processes and support growth. It also drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements while helping implement automation, digital manufacturing, and analytics solutions. This opportunity suits an experienced manufacturing or semiconductor leader who combines technical problem-solving ability with strong people leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, manufacturing, or related STEM fieldAt least 5 years of semiconductor or advanced technology manufacturing experienceExperience leading technical teams, projects, or manufacturing operationsBackground coaching employees through training and capability developmentWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodsStrong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
