Principal Test & Validation Engineer

This engineer will serve as the manufacturing test authority for assigned programs and guide test planning across the product lifecycle. They will develop and refine test flows, resolve test constraints, support production transitions, and help improve yield, capacity, and test time. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and other internal stakeholders to influence technical and business decisions. It is suited to an experienced manufacturing test professional with strong communication, organizational, and continuous-improvement skills. Because the work supports sensitive defense programs, U.S. citizenship and an active transferable security clearance are required.
