This position supports ASM semiconductor tools, helping customers maintain equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing performance. The engineer will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and process problems involving systems such as vacuum equipment, robotics, sensors, plasma, chemical delivery, and software-controlled hardware. Working alongside experienced engineers, the role includes structured training, cleanroom operations, customer interaction, escalation support, and continuous improvement activities. It suits veterans and transitioning service members with experience maintaining mission-critical systems such as avionics, radar, communications, propulsion, navigation, or robotics. The position follows an assigned overnight shift and may involve domestic and international travel, with opportunities to advance into technical, operational, engineering, or customer-focused careers.

Degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical engineering, or a related fieldExperience maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting complex systemsAbility to interpret electrical and electromechanical schematicsStrong safety discipline, including cleanroom and lockout/tagout proceduresEffective communication and ability to work independently or with teamsWillingness to work overnight shifts and travel domestically and internationally
