Senior Product Manager, Software

This product manager will help shape software strategy from initial discovery through launch, growth, and ongoing improvement. Working with engineering, design, customer, and go-to-market partners, the role turns complex user and market needs into prioritized requirements and successful product outcomes. The position reports to the Director of Product Management and is based in Scottsdale with a Tuesday-through-Friday onsite hybrid schedule. It suits an experienced SaaS or enterprise software product leader who can create clarity amid uncertainty, influence teams without direct authority, and make thoughtful trade-offs using evidence.
