Failure Analysis Technician

This technician supports semiconductor quality investigations by preparing TEM samples and operating tools such as Dual-Beam FIB, TEM, SEM, SIMS, and XPS. Responsibilities include safe chemical handling, data collection, technical reporting, laboratory upkeep, and assisting engineers with analytical-method development. The position works closely with Quality & Reliability and fab manufacturing teams and may require participation in an on-call rotation. It is suited to someone with an associate degree in a science, engineering, or technology field who is detail-oriented, dependable, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Phoenix on rotating 12-hour day or night shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.

Associate's degree (A.A.S.) in Science, Engineering, Technology, or related fieldBasic PC skills including MS Windows OS and MS OfficeAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesWillingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night) on compressed work week schedulePhysical capability to work in cleanroom environment with proper PPE complianceTeam player with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle fast-paced pressure
