Senior Engineer, Software Support

This position focuses on diagnosing software and embedded control-system issues involving equipment such as robotics, gas systems, and temperature controls. The engineer gathers evidence, reproduces failures, identifies root causes, recommends fixes, and prepares actionable defect reports for development teams. They also coordinate escalation calls, collaborate with QA on regression coverage, and help distinguish software problems from mechanical or electrical faults.
