Senior Engineer II, Plasma Sensing Systems Engineer

This Senior Engineer II position focuses on establishing and executing reliability strategies for complex plasma sensing subsystems used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You'll lead technical initiatives spanning design reviews, failure analysis investigations, qualification testing, and product validation programs while working across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams. The role requires both independent technical judgment and the ability to influence product architecture decisions through data-driven recommendations. You'll mentor junior engineers, establish engineering best practices, and serve as the subject matter expert for system reliability and performance analysis. This position suits experienced engineers who thrive in technically complex environments, have proven success leading cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility, and are passionate about solving challenging problems in semiconductor technology. Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical fieldProven experience leading complex technical projects and cross-functional engineering teamsDemonstrated expertise in failure analysis, root cause analysis, and reliability testing methodologiesExperience developing and executing qualification programs and reliability test plansStrong understanding of product lifecycle development and design for reliability practicesExperience with plasma diagnostics, sensing systems, or semiconductor processing equipment (preferred)
