Senior Engineer I, Mechanical Engineering
This engineer will create and improve complex semiconductor equipment, including mechanical assemblies, automation stages, wafer-handling systems, and related subsystems. The work spans structural and thermal analysis, CREO modeling, technical documentation, prototype testing, design reviews, and engineering change management. The position collaborates with manufacturing, controls, technical teams, vendors, and customers to move products from concept through production. It also includes planning schedules, resources, costs, and customer-site technical discussions. This opportunity suits a mechanical engineer with at least three years of complex equipment development experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in mechatronics and semiconductor technology.
