TGCM Manager

This position manages the day-to-day operation of chemical and carrier-gas distribution services at the customer site. It supervises the operations team, ensures employees are properly trained, maintains equipment and procedures, and promotes strong safety performance. The manager also handles hazardous-waste compliance, emergency response readiness, audit documentation, regulatory requirements, and waste-reduction efforts. Success requires close coordination with the customer, Air Liquide account leadership, and peer TGCM managers, along with responsibility for budgets and workforce succession planning. The role suits an experienced operations or industrial-gas leader with strong communication skills and an understanding of chemical or gas distribution, particularly in semiconductor environments.
