Principal Product Manager, Software

This leader will own software product strategy, define priorities, and guide products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and refinement. Working with engineering, design, data, quality, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success, they will turn customer and market needs into effective product experiences and integrated platform capabilities. Success includes establishing meaningful metrics, improving adoption and retention, and balancing usability, reliability, security, compliance, and commercial goals. The position is based in Scottsdale with a hybrid in-office schedule and occasional travel for customer and team engagement. It is well suited to an experienced product executive with strong technical fluency, customer empathy, and a history of scaling complex SaaS, platform, or enterprise software products.
