Professional Services Manager, Vehicle Intelligence Product (ALPR)

As a Professional Services Manager for Vehicle Intelligence, you'll be the technical expert who travels throughout the United States to install, configure, and validate ALPR camera systems for public safety agencies during trials and pilot programs. Working in a 100% remote, travel-intensive field role, you'll manage the complete deployment lifecycle from onsite setup to customer training and performance validation, while troubleshooting complex hardware, networking, and software issues in real-world law enforcement environments. You'll collaborate across internal teams and engage directly with police chiefs, IT directors, and command staff to ensure agencies successfully implement this technology and provide product feedback that shapes future development.
