ESSM BLK2 FY27-29 Production Program Cost Controls Professional

This position sits within Raytheon’s Naval Shipboard Missiles organization and provides financial leadership for current and future ESSM production contracts. The professional will analyze program performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, develop EAC and LRE forecasts, and prepare reporting for leadership and customer-facing activities. The role also maintains authorization and contract modification records and helps coordinate data requirements across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and program management. It suits an experienced finance or program controls professional who is comfortable working independently in a complex matrix environment and influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries. Strong analytical, communication, forecasting, ERP, and advanced Excel capabilities are important, as is the ability to meet demanding deadlines and improve business processes.
