Process Integration Yield Enhancement Managers

These managers will support the transfer, ramp-up, and ongoing operation of TSMC’s 4nm fab in Phoenix. Process Integration leaders oversee engineers responsible for sustaining and improving assigned process sections, while Yield Enhancement leaders focus on defect monitoring, excursion response, and yield improvement. Both roles involve managing approximately 5 to 15 engineers, developing local talent, and coordinating with integration, process, equipment, metrology, and manufacturing groups. The position is suited to experienced semiconductor engineering leaders who can drive technical improvements and respond effectively to production issues. It requires on-site work in Arizona, occasional training in Taiwan, and availability for weekend duty and after-hours calls.
