(Senior) Engineer, Total Product Support

This engineer serves as a technical authority for advanced CMP platforms, supporting new product introduction, qualification, initial fab deployments, and sustaining operations. They investigate complex equipment and process problems, use performance data to identify root causes, and drive improvements in uptime, reliability, serviceability, and total cost of ownership. The position works closely with manufacturing, supply chain, field teams, and customers, including direct involvement in urgent production escalations. It also contributes field-based insight to product design, procedures, training, and future roadmaps. The role suits an experienced semiconductor equipment professional who can work hands-on near the tool, communicate clearly amid uncertainty, and lead global technical efforts independently.
