Change Management Practitioner/Project Manager

This position sits within KLA’s broader business environment and focuses on the people side of enterprise transformation. The practitioner applies Prosci and ADKAR methods to assess impacts, prepare communications and training, support executive sponsorship, and address resistance. They work closely with project and program managers to integrate change activities with delivery milestones, cutover planning, and post-launch sustainment. The role also monitors adoption and readiness measures, contributes to benefit realization reporting, and recommends corrective actions when progress falls short. It suits an experienced, organized change professional who can influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex information, and use data to guide interventions.
