Tool Install - Interconnect - ISEP Managers

The role covers three related management functions supporting the startup and operation of TSMC’s 4-nanometer fabrication facility in Phoenix. Tool Install managers coordinate semiconductor equipment hookups and installation projects, while Interconnect managers oversee utility connections, design coordination, vendors, and hands-on systems work. ISEP managers develop site safety and environmental programs, maintain compliance with changing regulations, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The position suits experienced semiconductor engineering leaders who can manage people, coordinate complex projects, and work across technical, regulatory, and supplier organizations. It requires on-site work, occasional overseas training in Taiwan, and availability for weekend duty or off-hours calls.
