Module Equipment Technician

This technician helps keep wafer-fabrication tools operating reliably through preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, testing, and troubleshooting. The position supports areas such as lithography, etch, diffusion, implant, planarization, and thin films within Intel’s Ocotillo fabrication facilities. Technicians use schematics, manuals, diagrams, test equipment, and problem-solving methods to reduce defects and meet production goals. The work is performed onsite in a cleanroom with required protective equipment and significant standing, walking, bending, and lifting. It suits technically trained candidates with semiconductor, equipment-maintenance, military, or related trade experience who can work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.
