[Summer 2027] TSMC AZ Internship Opportunities - Engineering Roles
These internships span process integration, yield, process and equipment engineering, intelligent manufacturing, automated material handling, quality, product, mask, tool installation, safety, and computer-integrated manufacturing. Depending on the assignment, interns may analyze electrical or defect data, optimize fabrication processes, troubleshoot cleanroom equipment, improve wafer logistics, develop manufacturing software, or strengthen safety and quality systems. The work is performed within cross-functional fab teams and may involve suppliers, vendors, facilities, manufacturing groups, and quality organizations.
