Payroll Business Analyst - Intel Contract Employee

This position is part of Intel’s Human Resources function and focuses on business analysis within payroll operations. The analyst evaluates payroll, compensation, and accounting information, identifies root causes of discrepancies, and recommends improvements to controls, data quality, and efficiency. They also lead requirements gathering, process documentation, project activities, reporting, and system testing with limited supervision. Success requires strong collaboration and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. It is well suited to an experienced US payroll professional who is comfortable with Excel, payroll technology, compliance, and cross-functional process improvement.
