Manager, Contracts – Advanced Emerging Technologies (Onsite)

The Manager, Contracts will partner with program, engineering, finance, estimating, supply chain, and portfolio leadership to manage complex defense contracts from proposal through closeout. This position advises senior leaders on contractual obligations, business risks, compliance, customer communications, and performance, while supporting estimates and execution reviews. The role also leads negotiations, evaluates requests for proposals, and helps create innovative arrangements involving intellectual property, licensing, teaming, and other transaction structures. It suits an experienced contracts or business professional who understands government and international contracting, communicates effectively, and can operate in a fast-paced technology development environment. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with the work performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
