As a Contracts Manager within Raytheon's Advanced Emerging Technologies division, you'll serve as a critical business partner responsible for guiding the contractual aspects of cutting-edge aerospace and defense programs. Your work spans contract analysis and negotiation, risk mitigation strategies, intellectual property development, and ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations while collaborating with program managers, engineers, and senior leadership. Requirements

Active transferable Secret security clearance required on day 1; U.S. citizenship required8+ years relevant contracts, program management, finance, subcontracts or supply chain experience (or 5+ years with advanced degree)Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Strong risk assessment, negotiation, and financial analysis skills with understanding of contract fundamentalsExperience managing complex contracts including proposal preparation and negotiation in competitive environmentsFamiliarity with Other Transaction Agreements, intellectual property agreements, and teaming arrangements preferred
