LKS Technical Development Instructor (BBP)

This position sits within KLA Services and works closely with engineering, product support, manufacturing, and field organizations during the development of new semiconductor products. The instructor becomes an early technical expert and creates blended programs that may include digital courses, classroom instruction, laboratories, simulations, assessments, and certification tracks. Training will support customer deployments, early field engineers, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives while adapting to changing product requirements. The role suits either an experienced semiconductor or advanced-equipment professional moving into technical education, or a learning specialist who can engage deeply with complex engineering systems. Success requires strong communication, collaboration, rapid learning, and comfort exploring modern methods such as AI-supported content, augmented or mixed reality, and hybrid delivery.
