Manufacturing Leadership Program Engineer - Class of 2027

This role develops early-career engineers through hands-on assignments supporting the manufacture and introduction of advanced defense products. Participants rotate through manufacturing engineering, production support, quality, operations, and related functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and strengthen production performance. The work includes applying Lean and Six Sigma methods, evaluating manufacturing data, supporting capacity and readiness planning, and contributing to cost, safety, quality, and delivery improvements. The program is designed for motivated engineering graduates who want broad operational exposure and a path toward technical or manufacturing leadership. It is fully onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, and requires U.S. citizenship, with a security clearance preferred or required for access eligibility.
