Program Manager

The Program Manager directs integrated programs and product efforts supporting GDMS defense and scientific missions. They establish work breakdown structures, budget and schedule baselines, assign leadership responsibilities, secure needed resources, and track performance against commitments. The role also balances risks, opportunities, technical requirements, and financial constraints while overseeing teams responsible for taking systems from design through release. Success requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, sound knowledge of relevant technologies, and the ability to turn strategy into executable plans. It suits an experienced program leader who is comfortable in collaborative, high-security environments and interested in applying emerging technologies such as AI to improve delivery.
