Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will develop and execute integrated plans for advanced development programs, major products, or significant subcontracts with evolving requirements. This person will establish resource needs, program roles, work breakdown structures, budgets, schedules, and performance baselines, then track progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. The position works across program teams, business units, suppliers, and customers to balance technical goals, financial constraints, risks, and opportunities. It suits an experienced defense or technology leader who is skilled at building teams, resolving conflicts, managing relationships, and guiding complex work toward measurable outcomes. The role is based in Scottsdale and may be performed onsite or in a flexible arrangement, with U.S. citizenship and high-level security clearance eligibility required.
