Senior Accounting Operations Analyst

This position sits within Accounting Operations and works closely with Controllership, FP&A, IT, and financial systems teams to produce accurate and timely consolidated reporting. The analyst will manage close-related journal entries and reconciliations, investigate profit and loss and balance sheet variances, and document results for internal and external stakeholders. A major focus is supporting the adoption of OneStream through process design, testing, data validation, and recurring close reviews. The role also contributes to SOX controls, audit support, process automation, and broader finance transformation initiatives. It would suit an analytical accounting professional who is comfortable in a changing, multi-entity environment and can balance independent ownership with cross-functional collaboration.
