Technical Staff Engineer - Validation

This engineer will join the Networking and Connectivity Solutions Validation Team and guide the evaluation of products such as Ethernet, USB, PCI Express, and automotive connectivity devices. Responsibilities include planning validation coverage, designing test environments, performing bring-up and interoperability testing, and interpreting results to identify product risks. The position works closely with design, verification, applications, marketing, product engineering, and field teams to resolve issues and support customer escalations. It also includes managing structured debug activities, improving validation practices, and mentoring less experienced engineers. The role is well suited to an experienced electrical or systems engineer who combines strong laboratory and high-speed testing expertise with project leadership and communication skills.
