Network Engineer

This engineer will design and deploy networks using routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and security controls, while also improving operations through Python, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD automation. The position handles monitoring, upgrades, incident response, troubleshooting across the network stack, documentation, and infrastructure inventory. It sits within the IT Infrastructure team and works closely with systems, cabling, and business teams to maintain reliable and secure services. The job suits a technically strong network professional who is comfortable with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Linux, and scripting in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must work onsite in Phoenix, support occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call weeks, and be able to operate in office, data center, and clean-room settings.

Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, information engineering, electrical engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto networking platformsProficiency with Linux CLI, Python, and shell scriptingKnowledge of enterprise protocols and services such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, and DHCPStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work onsite, support non-standard hours and on-call rotations, and operate in clean-room and data center environments
