Master's degree with 10+ years experience or PhD with 6+ years in high-performance x86/ARM CPU design8+ years of hands-on experience with cycle-accurate C++ CPU performance simulatorsExpert-level knowledge in at least one CPU domain (branch prediction, fetch/decode, execution, memory subsystem, prefetchers)Strong microarchitecture debugging and RTL analysis skillsProficiency in C++, scripting languages, and ability to write/debug assembly testsExperience correlating performance across simulation, RTL, and post-silicon validation
