Senior Contracts Specialist

This position serves as the primary contracts contact for customers and subcontractors, advising business teams and negotiating agreements of moderate to high complexity. The specialist reviews contract terms, supports proposals and source selections, manages changes, and monitors performance for scope or compliance issues. They will coordinate closely with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to address risks and fulfill contractual commitments. The role also includes mentoring less experienced contracts staff and providing guidance on unusual or complex matters. It suits an experienced contracts professional who understands FAR/DFARS requirements, communicates effectively, exercises sound judgment, and can work independently in a defense environment.
