Material Program Manager - Advanced Technologies Development Programs

This position supports both new business pursuits and post-award execution by creating material strategies that fit evolving development-program requirements. The manager oversees domestic suppliers, negotiates cost, quality, and delivery outcomes, and ensures hardware and services are available when needed. Working across a matrixed organization, the role serves as the key link between program teams, engineering stakeholders, and the supplier network. Responsibilities also include forecasting material expenses, managing EAC and EVMS metrics, and maintaining compliance with procurement regulations and customer requirements.
