Senior Analyst, Configuration Management

This position is part of RTX’s Configuration Management and Data Management organization, supporting the Effectors Configuration Management department. The analyst manages configuration records and baselines, reviews engineering change information, assists with audits, and works with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams. The role also contributes to process improvements and helps keep configuration activities aligned with program schedules and deliverables. It suits someone with a business-related degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and an interest in engineering data and configuration control. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance after the first day.
