Quality Assurance and Control Engineer - New FAB Construction Department

This engineer will manage day-to-day quality activities on a large-scale FAB construction site, ensuring work conforms to approved plans, specifications, contracts, codes, and industry standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting welds and installations, monitoring multi-level inspections, reviewing submittals, coordinating testing agencies, tracking rework, and producing quality reports. The position works closely with internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders through meetings and site observations. It suits a construction quality professional with experience in industrial or semiconductor projects, strong knowledge of applicable codes, and the ability to interpret technical documents and resolve field issues.
