Senior Technical Director

This position provides specialized expertise for advanced technology facility projects, helping shape designs, solve complex facility challenges, and uphold safety, quality, regulatory, and industry standards. The director partners with business development and account teams to identify opportunities, position Exyte’s capabilities, assess project feasibility, and support proposals and client relationships. The role also coordinates programming activities, contributes to preliminary designs, and promotes effective delivery strategies that improve competitiveness and project outcomes. A significant part of the position involves mentoring staff, sharing lessons learned, and introducing innovative approaches across project and design teams. It is suited to an experienced engineering or facilities professional with substantial high-tech manufacturing or EPC experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
