Production Program Management, Associate Director

This leader will guide production and transition-to-production activities for a complex missile program supporting customer requirements and delivery commitments. The position owns program financials, cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, risks, opportunities, supplier coordination, and contract execution through Raytheon’s governance processes. It also establishes execution methods, resolves priority tradeoffs, and maintains strong relationships with customers, suppliers, government representatives, and senior internal leaders. The role includes developing the production team, strengthening leadership capability, and representing the program in high-visibility executive engagements. It suits an experienced defense program manager who has led production programs, managed cross-functional teams, and can operate effectively in a highly regulated environment requiring an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 10 yearsExperience leading production or transition-to-production programsExpertise managing cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and opportunitiesExperience leading cross-functional teams and using tools such as EVMSActive, transferable Secret U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenshipAbility to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and executives
