Electrical Test Engineer I

This position is part of Raytheon’s Test Solutions Engineering organization and supports the creation of specialized test equipment, fixtures, adapters, cabling, and related hardware for mission-critical aerospace and defense systems. The engineer will produce schematics and other technical documentation, evaluate circuit performance with laboratory instruments, and investigate electrical or integration problems in both development and manufacturing settings. Success requires coordinating with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability teams while balancing technical objectives, schedules, and budgets. The role is well suited to an early-career electrical engineer with hands-on coursework, laboratory, project, research, or work experience in analog or digital circuits and electronic test equipment. Applicants must be U.S. citizens able to obtain an interim Secret clearance and should be prepared to work fully onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
