Payroll Analyst

This position supports TSMC Arizona’s payroll function by processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly employee payments and maintaining accurate payroll records. Responsibilities include handling employee updates, benefits, garnishments, taxes, deductions, general ledger entries, and other payroll adjustments. The analyst reviews data for accuracy, reconciles results, ensures compliance with wage and hour requirements, and provides documentation for audits. Collaboration with HR and Finance is central to addressing employee questions and strengthening payroll operations.
