(Senior) Director, Product Quality Director

This senior leadership role oversees all quality and reliability aspects of cutting-edge semiconductor equipment products, from conception through global deployment. You will manage product quality strategies, lead new product introduction efforts, own the complete product lifecycle quality process, and handle high-level customer quality escalations. The position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure products meet rigorous reliability standards for advanced AI and computing applications. This role suits experienced quality or reliability engineering leaders with deep semiconductor equipment background who excel at driving organizational alignment and solving complex technical problems. You'll need strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving capabilities and the ability to influence at executive levels. The position involves approximately 40% international travel and reports directly to the VP of Global Quality.
