Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer I (Onsite)

This engineer owns the design, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated test equipment supporting Axon’s manufacturing operations. The role partners with hardware, firmware, software, quality, manufacturing, and external integrators to define test strategies and bring systems from new-product development into volume production. Responsibilities include analyzing failures and test data, developing fixtures and documentation, conducting vendor reviews and acceptance testing, and helping train production personnel. The position reports to the Video Manufacturing Engineering Manager and has no direct reports. It suits an experienced test engineer with strong electronic hardware knowledge, advanced LabVIEW and TestStand expertise, and an interest in building products with public-safety impact.
