Senior Lead Structural Engineer

This position leads or supports structural engineering work across major facility projects, from calculations and analysis to coordinated drawings, specifications, reports, and construction documentation. The engineer works with architects, other disciplines, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction issues, review submittals, and verify field conditions. They may manage engineering and design teams, contribute to estimates and change orders, and help establish office standards and continuous improvement practices. The role serves as a technical resource while representing Exyte professionally with internal and external stakeholders. It suits an experienced, licensed structural engineer who can guide others, communicate clearly, and work effectively on complex industrial or mission-critical projects.
