Senior Contracts Specialist

This position serves as a primary contracts contact for customers and subcontractors, advising program and business teams on obligations, changes, negotiations, and performance issues. Working within GDMS’s Space, Cyber & Intelligence organization, the specialist partners with program management, engineering, finance, legal, capture, and proposal teams to support contract execution and subcontractor selection. The role includes reviewing proposals, managing change processes, identifying contractual risks, and ensuring work aligns with FAR, DFARS, and company policies. It also involves mentoring less experienced contracts professionals and providing creative guidance on complex or unusual matters. This opportunity suits an experienced contracts professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and operate in classified defense environments.
