EBO / Mask Reticle Technician

This technician supports TSMC Arizona’s EBO Manufacturing team, which oversees mask reticle production, repair, process monitoring, and analysis for the fab. Daily work includes monitoring automated equipment and processing times, responding to tool or mask errors, collecting data, and escalating issues according to established procedures. Technicians rotate among process and repair teams and across several mask reticle modules while maintaining thorough shift handoffs and production coverage. The position requires extended onsite shifts in a cleanroom and includes substantial training through on-the-job instruction, standard operating procedures, and classroom-style lessons. It is well suited to dependable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing or technical interests who can follow precise workflows and collaborate effectively in a rotating team environment.
