This internship supports Intel’s silicon engineering work across areas such as architecture, circuit and logic design, physical design, verification, validation, and failure analysis. Interns may design and evaluate hardware, investigate technical issues, automate analysis, and contribute to processor, GPU, SoC, photonics, or validation projects. The role offers exposure to the broader semiconductor lifecycle and collaboration with experienced engineers across silicon development, product engineering, and manufacturing. It is suited to bachelor’s students in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related STEM discipline who have relevant coursework, projects, research, or other technical experience. Candidates should be comfortable solving problems, communicating clearly, and working in collaborative engineering teams.
