Facility Electrical System Design Engineer (Power Systems)
This engineer will help develop electrical designs for new semiconductor fabs and support the delivery of dependable facility power infrastructure. The work spans high- and low-voltage distribution, uninterruptible power, and facility monitoring and control systems. The position involves cross-functional coordination, technical problem-solving, technology evaluation, and designing systems that improve efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. It suits an electrical engineering graduate with relevant industrial or semiconductor experience, familiarity with design and productivity software, and an interest in innovative facility systems. The role is based onsite at TSMC Arizona’s Phoenix facility and follows standard Monday-through-Friday work hours.
